Texas Coast Vacation Rentals – Palacios, Matagorda Bay

To Reserve a vacation rental home, please read below:

1. Security Deposit is required on all vacation rental homes, please see the Lease Agreement to determine the security deposit. The Security deposit and Vacation Rental Agreement are due at booking, and the deposit is refunded within 14-days after the checkout date.
2. There is a 2-night minimum stay on all vacation rental homes.
3. Photo I.D. is required, and must be 25-years or older.
4. Check-In Texas Coastal Properties 215 5th St Palacios, TX 77465.
5. Payment Types: PayPal, cash, money order or credit cards with 3% convenience fee. Checks must be received 21-days prior to arrival.

Reservations are confirmed when we receive the deposit and lease agreement, you will receive a confirmation email. All cancellations MUST be received in our office by email, mail, or fax, Texas Coastal Properties is not responsible for weather conditions, personal illnesses or injury.

Cancellation within 15-days prior of arrival will forfeit the entire deposit, and cancellation within 16-30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% deposit refund.

There is a $25 per hour charge for staying past the listed check out time without prior approval from Texas Coastal Properties. Also, please do not move heavy furniture to avoid a charge against the security deposit to rearrange the furniture.
