The Seascape vacation rental is located at 118 South Bay Blvd Palacios, Texas 77465. Vacation Rentals – 1-Bedroom and 1-Bath with additional sofa sleeper bed in living room. Large spacious living area and large deck overlooking beautiful Tres Palacios Bay. Direct TV and WIFI Internet included.

Vacation Rentals – $125/NIGHT, $500/WEEK, $1100/MONTH (2-night minimum) (13% Tax) (no tax over 30 days). Vacation rental home cleaning charge is $100. We require a refundable $300 security deposit for any stay under 2 weeks and anything over 2 weeks, will require a $1000 security deposit. We do accept credit cards but there will be a 4% convenience fee.

Check in is at 4:00 p.m. on day of arrival. Checkout is 12:00 noon day of departure. Check in and check out times may be changed with prior approval of property manager.
